VP Customer Experience at Aura Salonware

Olivia Marolda has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as a National Program Intern at Eye to Eye National in 2013, where they contributed to the development and modification of curriculum and provided feedback on speeches and presentations. In 2014, they served as an Alumnae Association Intern at the same organization.

Following this, Olivia joined Nielsen Company as a Human Resource Intern in 2015, where they pulled data from surveys, interpreted findings in Excel, and made diversity and inclusion recommendations. Olivia also played a role in updating external job postings and creating talent profiles for the Nielsen Career Experience Guide.

In 2016, Olivia worked as a Risk Analyst at Direct Property Management before joining Accenture Federal Services in 2017. At Accenture, they held various positions, including MC Delivery Analyst, MC Delivery Senior Analyst, and MC Delivery Specialist.

Most recently, Olivia joined Aura Salonware in 2019 as an Account Support Manager, and currently holds the position of VP Customer Experience.

Olivia Marolda attended Northwestern University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Learning and Organizational Change with a specialization in Social and Human Capital. Prior to their university education, they attended Convent of the Sacred Heart from 1999 to 2012, although the specific degree and field of study during that time are unknown. Additionally, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2021.
