Derek Hopper

Derek Hopper is an experienced professional in technical and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at Aura since August 2020. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Director of Customer Service at Jumpline.com from March 1999 to August 2020, where expertise in customer engagement was developed. Additionally, Derek managed operations as the General Manager/Office Manager at CompuSuites for a brief period in 2013, contributing to a start-up focused on short-term office solutions. Derek holds an Associate's degree in Business Management from Columbus State Community College, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
