Minas Magdi

Minas Magdi is a highly experienced software architect with a solid background in Java technologies, currently serving as the Java Chief Software Architect at both Aurea Software and Crossover for Work since May 2017. Previously, Minas held the position of CTO at Pharos Solutions GmbH from February 2015 to April 2017, where the responsibility encompassed all technical aspects, architectural design, and team coaching on quality standards. Prior roles include Senior Technical Lead at novomind Egypt, and Program Manager/Architect at POET Egypt, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in technical leadership, project management, and continuous enhancement of development environments.
