Diana Joanna Juaiting

Diana Joanna Juaiting has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Diana Joanna started their career in 2005 as a Technical Support Representative at Clientlogic Philippines, Inc. From there, they moved on to Siemens IT Solutions And Services, Inc. where they held roles as a Technical Solutions Specialist and later as a Level 2 IT Helpdesk Analyst.

In 2011, Diana joined Harbour IT as an IT Operations and Maintenance Support, a role they held until 2018. Diana Joanna then joined Canon Business Service Centre Philippines, where they worked as an IT Operations and Maintenance Support and later as an Infrastructure Support Technician.

Currently, Diana is working at Aurecon as a Domain IT Expert - Hosting since September 2021, and they will be assuming the role of IT Hosting Lead starting from June 2023. Diana Joanna'sexperience spans across various aspects of IT, including infrastructure support, operations and maintenance, and technical solutions.

Diana Joanna Juaiting obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Mapúa University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. These certifications include "Putting ITIL® Into Practice: Applying ITIL® 4 Foundation Concepts" and "Putting ITIL® into Practice: Problem Management Techniques" from LinkedIn, both achieved in September 2023. Diana Joanna also obtained the "ITIL® Foundation 4 First Look" and "Intro to Service Management with ITIL® 4" certifications from LinkedIn in August 2023. Prior to these, Diana earned the "Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals" certification in December 2020 and the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" certification in September 2020 from Microsoft. Diana Joanna also holds several Microsoft certifications, including "MCP: Installation, Storage and Compute with Windows Server 2016" obtained in December 2019, and "MTA: Networking Fundamentals - Certified 2018", "MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals - Certified 2018" achieved in 2018. Diana Juaiting additionally holds certifications such as "MCSA Windows Server 2016 Training" from Rivan School Of Technology Inc., "Basic Supervisory Training" from Canon BSC Learning Academy, "CloudU Certification - Cloud Computing" from Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company, "Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified" and "Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC)" both from the Management and Strategy Institute. Lastly, Diana holds the "ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITILF)" from AXELOS Global Best Practice, which was obtained in 2014.
