Leon Yin

Leon Yin serves as the Head of Skills and Workforce Strategy at Aurecon, a role commenced in August 2023, reporting to the Chief People Officer. Prior experience includes leadership positions at nbn™ Australia, where responsibility encompassed strategic workforce planning and capabilities, and Concentra Analytics, where Leon headed the EU consulting practice focused on workforce strategy. Previously, roles at EY involved overseeing large-scale operating model changes across 25 countries and developing a user-centric learning curriculum. Earlier in the career, Leon held positions at Tesco PLC, IBM, and various consulting firms, accumulating extensive expertise in organizational development, workforce transformation, and HR analytics. Leon holds a Master and Bachelor (Honours) in Organisational Psychology and Psychology from the University of New South Wales.
