Rochelle Reddy

Rochelle Reddy currently serves as the Recruitment Team Lead for QLD Operations at Aurecon, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rochelle held several key positions at UGL from August 2011 to April 2020, culminating in the role of National Recruitment Manager, where effective recruitment and workforce strategies were delivered for multiple divisions. Additional experience includes managing a team for corporate and site-based recruitment as Recruitment & P&C Team Leader and conducting end-to-end recruitment activities as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. Earlier career milestones include serving as an HR Service Adviser at Mater Health Services and as a Recruitment Consultant at Skye Recruitment. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Management, Marketing, and Human Resource Management from the University of Canterbury.
