Theresa Cultivo

Theresa Cultivo is an accomplished IT Enterprise Applications Manager at Aurecon since September 2022, where leadership of a dynamic team focuses on delivering and managing enterprise applications such as Workday and Microsoft SharePoint. Previously, Theresa held the position of ICT Governance Head at Global Business Power for a brief period in 2021, overseeing IT system transitions during the integration of Meralco PowerGen Corp. From February 2014 to September 2021, Theresa served as the Head of Information Technology at MERALCO PowerGen Corporation, leading IT services, strategic planning, and process improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Process Analyst at MERALCO PowerGen and a Business Analyst at Chevron Holdings, where responsibilities included managing IT service standards and consulting on equipment management solutions. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Philippines, earned in 2008.
