Toni Hartikainen

Toni Hartikainen has over fifteen years of work experience in the engineering industry. From 2014 to present, they have worked as the R&D Director, R&D Manager, and Project Manager at Aurelia Turbines. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Test Manager at The Switch, creating test programs for PM generators and high speed motors, supervising testing, creating reports, and responsible for test equipment calibrations. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Technical Support Engineer at Sulzer Pump Solutions Finland Oy, providing global technical support for ABS turbocompressors and controlling systems, as well as providing service and product training and creating service and troubleshooting manuals. From 2007 to 2011, they were the After Sales & Service Manager at Cardo Production Finland Oy (Sulzer Pump Solutions Finland Oy), managing the HST service team and arranging commissioning and field service for aeration systems globally. From 2003 to 2007, they were the After Sales Engineer at High Speed Tech Oy Ltd (Sulzer Pump Solutions Finland Oy), testing turbo compressors and control systems, and providing commissioning and field service on site.

Toni Hartikainen obtained a high school degree from Valkeala High School between 1993 and 1996. Toni then went on to earn a Master of Science (MSc) in Energy Technology from LUT University between 1997 and 2003. In 2007 and 2008, they studied Management at South Karelia University of Applied Sciences. Toni also studied Project Management at Semcon Project Management AB between 2010 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained an EA1 certification from Alertum Oy in January 2021 and an Occupational Safety Card in August 2017.
