Additional experience encompasses senior management positions at Pantai Hospital Ampang and Barnet and Chase Farm NHS Hospitals. Tighe's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare (Care Management) from the University of Bedfordshire and a Diploma in Professional Studies in Nursing from the University of Hertfordshire.
