Laura Taylor

Laura Taylor is an experienced professional in early careers development, currently serving as Early Careers Manager at Aureos since January 2025. Prior to this role, Laura worked as Early Careers Advisor at MWH Treatment from September 2019 to January 2025, where involvement included managing graduate development schemes, apprenticeship development, mentor and line manager training, stakeholder engagement in early careers initiatives, induction events, soft skills training, and acting as a wellbeing champion. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Essex, earned in 2019.
