Parul Arora

Parul Arora is the current Manager of Research Admin at Aurex Group. Parul has also worked as the Research and Administrative Manager as well as the Office Manager at Aurex Group for a duration of 2 years and 6 months. Parul is also the founder of 50 Shades of Pajamas, a self-funded fashion startup focused on sleepwear. As an entrepreneur, they set up the venture from scratch and was responsible for all aspects of operations. This included leading a team of four consisting of a designer, two seamstresses and an assistant. Parul also worked extensively on social media marketing, using platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to promote the brand and reach out new customers. Furthermore, they built and maintained relationships with clients to increase the likelihood of repeat business, handled bulk-purchase orders and ensured that the product line stayed fresh and relevant to the current fashion trends. In addition, they sourced fabrics from across the country and maintained relations with suppliers. Parul also engaged a logistics partner and ensured timely shipments of all orders. Prior to their work at Aurex Group, Parul was a Practice Assistant at Alexander Hughes for 5 months and an Associate at Egon Zehnder for 3 years and 4 months.

Parul Arora attended Delhi University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Arts. Parul also earned a Diploma in Banking and Financial Support Services from Delhi University in 2011-2012. Parul Arora's high school was Bloom Public School in Vasant Kunj.
