Kail Withers

Kail Withers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and project management. Currently serving as the Aftermarket Product and Business Development Manager at Auria since January 2021, Kail leads a team in the engineering, design, tooling, and production of new aftermarket products while enhancing existing lines. Previous roles include Project Manager at Rosendin, overseeing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, and General Manager at Austin Speed Shop, where operations and full builds were managed. With foundational experience in fabrication, project management, and warehouse operations across various companies, Kail has developed a robust skill set in both leadership and technical domains. Kail is currently pursuing a CORe: Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online and has educational credentials from Wyoming Technical Institute and Live Oak High School in Antioch, CA.
