Nuwani Edirisinghe

Nuwani Edirisinghe has a strong background in clinical research and project management. Nuwani has worked for various companies in the medical device industry, including AuriGen Medical, Veryan Medical, Firstkind Limited, Philips, and the National Centre for Neuro-Spinal Research and Functional Assessment & Restoration Service. Nuwani has held roles such as Head of Clinical Research, Clinical Project Director, Clinical Project Manager, and Research Assistant. Nuwani'sresponsibilities have included managing clinical trials, developing protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting statistical analysis, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Nuwani also has experience in product design, electronic circuitry, and project management.

Nuwani Edirisinghe completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electronics Engineering from the University of Kent from 2003 to 2006. Then, from 2006 to 2011, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Medical Physics and Bioengineering at UCL. After that, from 2012 to 2015, they obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Trials from the University of London. In 2017, they received a PRINCE2 certification in Project Management from PRojects IN Controlled Environments.
