Debbie Nesdale is an experienced professional with a strong background in proposals, capture management, and customer success across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Proposals and Capture Management at Aurigo Software Technologies, Debbie leads the development and submission of large-scale proposals while defining strategic processes for government and commercial operations. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Proposals & Pre-sales Support at Quadient, where operational strategies and process improvements were implemented to enhance customer service and drive business growth. With previous experience at FICO, Adeptra, EMC, and other notable companies, Debbie has consistently managed cross-functional teams and maintained key client relationships throughout a diverse career. Debbie holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Connecticut.
