Dennis N. Clarke

Mr. Clarke is a Partner with Goodland Buckingham, Barristers and Solicitors. He has practiced law for the past twenty years, specializing in Corporate and Business, Energy and Natural Resources and Mergers and Acquisitions sectors. He recently represented Nalcor Energy in the negotiation and finalization of a major hydro deal between the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia. He served as assistant corporate secretary and general external counsel to FPI Ltd, a former TSE listed company, and has represented a number of junior mining companies and junior oil and gas companies, providing advice and general counsel on joint operating agreements, royalty agreements, farm-in and farm-out agreements, and general regulatory compliance.
