Colin Tankard

Colin Tankard has extensive work experience in the cybersecurity and technology industry. Colin began their career in 1988 as a Sales Manager at TechNel Data Systems, where they gained knowledge in multiplexing and switching technologies. Tankard then joined Digital Pathways as a Salesperson, eventually becoming the Managing Director. Colin helped develop two-factor authentication systems using physical tokens and PIN numbers.

Tankard went on to hold various leadership roles at companies such as Axent Technologies and Whittman Hart, where they served as VP EMEA/Managing Director and Director of Sales, respectively. Colin also worked as the VP EMEA/Managing Director at Aventail and Vice President & General Manager EMEA at Vormetric Inc, where they expanded their presence in Europe.

In 2000, Tankard joined Delta Computer Systems as the Sales and Marketing Director/Board Member, overseeing IT project management and deployment services. Colin then founded their own company, DSCR LIMITED, in 2006, where they facilitated sales and marketing opportunities for new technology companies in EMEA.

Tankard's most recent roles include serving as the Managing Director/Board Member at Digital Pathways Ltd, where they provided cybersecurity and protection services to various organizations. Currently, they are the Chief Privacy Officer/Company Director/Board Member at Auris Tech Limited, an organization that specializes in speech recognition technologies.

Throughout their career, Tankard has consistently demonstrated their expertise in cybersecurity, sales, marketing, and business development, contributing to the success of multiple companies in the industry.

Colin Tankard attended London Business School from 1978 to 1980, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management with a general focus.
