Cara Parry

Cara Parry (Harnas) is an experienced Employee Relations Specialist and Organizational Development Specialist at Aurizon since February 2022. Prior to this role, Cara Parry worked at Programmed from August 2015 to February 2022, serving as a Learning and Development Advisor, where responsibilities included identifying training needs and coaching employees on technical product knowledge and soft skills. Cara Parry also held the positions of Resourcing Team Leader, managing customer service operations at the Oxley Branch, and Senior Resourcing Specialist. Cara Parry earned a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science (Psychology) and Law from Queensland University of Technology between 2011 and 2016.
