Matthew Rose

Matthew Rose, MSM, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management at Southern New Hampshire University. Since June 2021, Matthew has been employed as a Human Resources Business Partner at MedStar Health. Previously, Matthew held the position of Human Resources Manager at Admiral Security Services from August 2019 to December 2021. An extensive career in the food service industry includes roles such as Operating Partner at Panera Bread from January 2009 to February 2019 and General Manager at Ruby Tuesday from May 1999 to January 2009. Matthew holds a Master of Management degree in Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Baltimore, along with two Associate's degrees from Carroll Community College in Criminal Justice and Business Administration and Management.
