Claire Hemphill

Claire Hemphill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer management and strategic decision-making within the transport and logistics industry. Currently serving as the Head of Network Customers at Aurizon since July 2009, Claire has held various roles including Customer Account Executive, Key Account Manager, Customer Service Officer, and Business Analyst, each focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth. In addition to responsibilities at Aurizon, Claire is the Queensland Co-Chair for Chief Executive Women and serves as a Director for Coal Network Capacity Co. Claire's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Sydney Business School, a Bachelor of Business Management from The University of Queensland, and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Studies from QUT.
