David Steele

David Steele has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies. David started their career in 2005 as a Train Services Coordinator at QR National. David then worked as a Marketing Manager Goldfields at QR National from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they joined Calibre Global in 2010 as a Rail Operations Specialist, where they worked until 2015. Since 2015, David has been with Aurizon, starting as a Key Account Manager and then progressing to roles such as Commercial Manager, Business Performance Manager, and currently, Head of Supply Chain Development. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in commercial and contract management, building strong customer relationships, and driving profitable growth.

David Steele obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Murdoch University in the years 1999 to 2003. In 2013, they pursued a Graduate Certificate of Logistics & Supply Chain Management in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of South Australia. In 2018, they also obtained a certification from Scotworks.
