Maria Mazaheri

Maria Mazaheri has a diverse work experience in the field of occupational health. Maria worked as a Chief Medical Officer at Aurizon starting in 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Jobfit Health Group as an Occupational Health Physician from 2010 to 2015, where they conducted pre-employment and periodic health exams for various major industries in the region. Before that, they had a role as an Occupational Health Physician at Occupational Medical Services from 2008 to 2010. Maria also has experience in the Ministry of Health and Education of Iran, where they served as the Head of Department for Occupational Medicine from 2004 to 2008. Maria began their career as an Occupational Health Physician at Behkaran Private Occupational Medicine Clinic from 2002 to 2004.

Maria Mazaheri has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, which they obtained from 1989 to 1997. Maria further pursued their education with a Specialty in Occupational Medicine Residency Program from Tehran University of Medical Sciences between 1999 and 2002. Maria completed their education in the field by becoming a Fellow in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 2008.
