Aaron G. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Investments & Real Estate at Auro Hotels since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Development - EMEA at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from September 2010 to March 2020. Aaron also served as the Chief Operating Officer at JHM International from September 2007 to July 2010 and as the Managing Director at AFEX Group from August 2005 to July 2007. Earlier in their career, Aaron worked as a Senior Manager at EY from September 1997 to June 2005.

Aaron G. completed a Master Class in The Business of Hotels - Becoming a Five-Tool Player at Blue Cougar Learning in the year 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) degree with a specialization in Hotel Management and Real Estate Finance from Cornell University, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. Aaron'sundergraduate education was at Amherst College, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History of Art in the years 1989 to 1993.
