Charles Moore

Charles Moore currently serves as the General Manager of Auro Hotels, a position held since November 2010, and additionally holds the role of President at Airport Lakes Association since January 2019. Moore's prior experience includes serving as Director of Food and Beverage at both Auro Hotels and Windsor Capital Group, Inc., as well as holding various culinary positions at Marriott International, culminating as Executive Chef. Beginning a culinary career as Banquet Chef at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Moore possesses extensive expertise in hospitality management and food service. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Food Science and Hospitality Management from Eastern Florida State College and the Florida Culinary Institute.
