Stephen Fairley

Stephen Fairley, LEED AP, currently serves as Senior Construction Manager at JHM Hotels since July 2013, overseeing all phases of project development with a focus on new construction. Previously, Stephen held the title of President at Project Development Advisors, LLC, from June 2010 to July 2013, specializing in managing the entitlement process and project management. Stephen's career includes significant roles such as Project Executive at Noble Investment Group, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed managing development projects from inception to completion, and Project Director at Stormont Noble Development, LLC, overseeing Design and Construction Services for hotel projects. Experience as Project Manager spans multiple companies, including directing renovation efforts at Omni Hotels and leading construction of over 50 hotel projects at ESA Management, Inc. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, earned between 1983 and 1987.
