Jordan Fraser

Jordan Fraser is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience in various managerial roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Construction Manager and Project Manager at Welcome Break since November 2022, Jordan previously held the position of Senior Project Manager and General Manager at Murchison Homes from April 2021 to November 2022. Jordan's earlier experience includes a Project Manager role at Dominion from September 2015 to April 2021, and a Project Manager position at Curtis Interiors from February 2013 to August 2015. Responsibilities throughout these roles have included client liaison, contractor coordination, health and safety monitoring, risk assessment, quality assurance, and project management oversight. Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Ara Institute of Canterbury, completed between 2018 and 2020.
