Daniel Alvarsson

Daniel Alvarsson has extensive work experience in the manufacturing engineering field. Daniel currently holds the position of Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Aurobay (Powertrain Engineering Sweden AB) since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Volvo Cars for over two decades, starting in May 2000. At Volvo, their roles included being the Director of Manufacturing Engineering Power Systems, where they were responsible for preparation and early project phases at Volvo Cars Power System plants. Daniel was also the Director Manager of Maintenance SkEP, a Production Manager in machining cylinder head, and a Gruppchef beredning, managing a cross-functional team involved in manufacturing systems for machining cylinder heads. Daniel Alvarsson's expertise and leadership skills have been honed through their diverse roles in the manufacturing engineering field.

Daniel Alvarsson pursued their education from various institutions. From 1992 to 1995, they attended Volvogymnasiet, Skövde, and completed their Gymnasieexamen with a focus on Automatiseringsteknik. Following this, they joined Chalmers University of Technology from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Civilingenjör specializing in Automatiseringsteknik. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program at the University of Gothenburg.
