Theresa Perniciaro

Theresa Perniciaro is the current Corporate VP of Human Resources for Aurobindo in the USA. Theresa has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruiting high-level executives, technicians, engineers, and scientists. Theresa has worked for companies such as Veeco Instruments, Narrowstep, Inc., RCN, Inalfa Roof Systems, Inc., and Total Travel Management. In 2010, they founded their own HR consulting firm, Your HR Network. Theresa is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Theresa Perniciaro has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Sociology from Michigan State University. Theresa also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Macomb Community College. Theresa is certified as a DDI certified trainer and SHRM Generalist. Theresa is also a Dale Carnegie Graduate.
