Manoranjan Sahoo

Manoranjan Sahoo has a strong background in quality assurance and has held various positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Beginning in 2005 at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd, they worked as an Executive, monitoring and evaluating manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards. MANORANJAN then joined Lupin Limited in 2007, where they served as a Sr. Executive and later as Site Head Technical Training, overseeing quality systems and leading cross-departmental teams. In 2011, they worked at Kyowa Pharmaceutical Industry Co. Ltd in Japan as Technical Support for Lupin Limited, where they played a key role in harmonizing global quality systems. MANORANJAN returned to Lupin Limited in 2013 as Head of Quality Assurance, responsible for setting up quality control procedures and validation for a new facility. MANORANJAN later served as Head of Quality Assurance at Appco Pharma LLC and Lupin, before joining Lupin Pharmaceuticals as a Quality Assurance Manager. Currently, in 2022, they hold the position of Director Quality Assurance at Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc.

Manoranjan Sahoo completed their Master's degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry from North Orissa University between 1998 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended G.D.Birla Public School in 1997 and 1998, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or field of study from this school.

In terms of additional certifications, Manoranjan Sahoo attained the Certified Pharmaceutical GMP Professional (CPGP) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in October 2017. MANORANJAN also obtained the Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification in February 2018 and the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification in April 2018, both from ASQ - World Headquarters.
