Jeanelle Ooi is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Principal Talent and People Experience Partner at Auror since November 2021, Jeanelle previously held various roles at Air New Zealand from January 2016 to November 2021, culminating in the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for Digital recruitment. Earlier career experiences include a Talent Acquisition Advisor for Sales & Commercial and a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Futurestep, where Jeanelle supported high-impact recruitment solutions for major global clients.
