Katrina Hau has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Katrina began their career at Fujitsu as a Returns Executive, where they gained experience in managing projects and maintaining client relationships. Katrina then transitioned into the IT industry, working at Gartner as both an Analyst and Senior Analyst, advising IT leadership teams. Seeking a career in social change, Katrina joined NACUE, initially as a Membership Manager and later as the Head of Membership, leading the organization's growth. Katrina then joined Koreo as a People Development Manager, focusing on developing emerging leaders in the social sector. Katrina also worked at Startmate as a Fellow, gaining exposure to the world of startups and venture capital. Katrina became a Coach and DEI Lead at Multitudes, where they focused on building inclusive and high-performing teams. Currently, Katrina is involved in driving the reduction of theft and organized retail crime as the Director of People Experience at Auror.
