Damian Brown is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in high-end dining establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Resorts & Residences by CuisinArt since September 2018, Damian has previously held notable positions such as Head Chef at The Bequia Plantation Hotel and Chef de Cuisine at Fregate Island Private. Further expertise was developed as Senior Sous Chef at Hawksmoor Restaurant and Executive Sous Chef at both Royal Windsor Racecourse and Air Culinaire Worldwide. Earlier career roles include Sous Chef positions at Hotel Le Meridien and Peter Island Resort, along with a Senior Chef de Partie position at R.A.C – Members Club and Demi Chef de Partie at ATLANTIC BAR AND GRILL LTD. Damian's culinary education took place at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College.
