Joan Kubczak

Joan Kubczak has over two decades of professional experience in administrative and patient service roles. Since 2012, Joan has served as a Patient Service Account Representative at Aurora Behavioral Health System, focusing on delivering quality patient care and support. Prior to this, from 1998 to 2011, Joan worked as an Administrative Assistant II at the Medical College of Wisconsin, where organizational and communication skills were utilized. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a graduate of St. Mary's Academy.
