Diana Whitfield

Diana Whitfield, P.Eng, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering within the medical device industry. Currently serving as Engineering Project Lead at Aurora Cannabis Inc. since April 2024, Diana previously held the position of Program Manager - Proprietary Engineering at Southmedic Inc., where responsibilities included managing large-scale projects, acting as a subject matter expert for regulatory audits, and optimizing manufacturing processes. Earlier career roles included Engineering Associate at Southmedic Inc. and CAD Technician at HJV Equipment, complemented by various teaching and leadership positions in cycling instruction and STEM education. Diana holds an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guelph and an Honours Certificate of Bilingual Studies in French Immersion from York Mills Collegiate Institute.
