Becky Lackman

Becky Lackman has extensive experience in the manufacturing and retail sectors, currently serving as a seamstress at Aurora Casket Company since June 1994. In this role, Becky has contributed to plant safety initiatives that successfully minimized accidents and workers’ compensation claims. Recognized for a strong commitment to continuous improvement, Becky has effectively identified and resolved assembly issues, leading to the adoption of their solutions across the plant. Prior to Aurora, Becky worked as a Department Manager over the stationary department at Wal Mart from June 1991 to February 1994, where responsibilities included staff supervision and performance evaluation. Becky also holds a Real Estate License obtained from Ivy Tech Community College in 2010.
