Shane Kluck

Shane Kluck has a diverse work history, starting as a farm worker in 1992 and working in various roles in construction and farming until 2001. Shane then transitioned to roles in the insurance industry at Nationwide, starting in 2001 and working their way up to the position of Commercial Field Property Specialist III. In 2018, they joined Aurora Cooperative, where they held positions in Safety & Risk Management before becoming Vice President of Compliance and Operations in 2023. Shane also briefly worked in correctional services and as a company driver in the late 1990s.

Shane Kluck earned an Associate's degree in Diesel Mechanics Technology/Technician from Southeast Community College-Milford in 1994. Shane then went on to graduate from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Major and a minor in Psychology.
