Carly Walters

Carly Walters has work experience in multiple roles at Aurora Energy and Searson Buck. At Aurora Energy, they started as a Customer Service Representative in July 2015 and worked in that role until August 2020. Carly then became a Customer Service Team Lead from August 2020 to August 2021. Carly transitioned to the role of Customer Success Coach in August 2021 and continued in that position until July 2023. In August 2022, they also took on the additional responsibility of being the Residential and Small Business Squad Lead until July 2023. Currently, they are working as the Advocacy and Support Team Lead at Aurora Energy from July 2023 onwards. Prior to their time at Aurora Energy, Carly briefly worked as an Administrative Assistant/Para Consultant at Searson Buck from March 2015 to July 2015.

Carly Walters has a diverse education history. Carly completed their Certificate IV in Business at TasTAFE from 2018 to 2020, following their completion of a Certificate III in Business at TasTAFE from 2016 to 2017. Prior to their business studies, Carly attended the University of Tasmania from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Political Science and Government. Carly's earlier education includes a Bachelor of Health Science in Paramedic from Victoria University, which they completed from 2000 to 2002. Their educational journey began at St Patrick's College, Launceston, where they completed Year 12 and obtained their TCE qualification from 1993 to 1999.
