Lucy Gavan

Lucy Gavan is an experienced professional currently serving as an Early Careers Advisor and previously as an Early Careers Coordinator at Aurora Energy Research since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lucy worked as a Talent Acquisition Assistant at the same organization from October 2022 to March 2023. Lucy has also held coaching positions for the lacrosse teams at both the University of Sussex and the University of Leicester. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Claims and Sales Administrator at MPI Brokers and a Customer Service Assistant at Waitrose & Partners. Lucy holds a Master of Science in Development Economics from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Leicester.
