Victor del Carpio Neyra

Victor Del Carpio Neyra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economics and energy markets. Currently serving as an Associate in Global Energy Markets at Aurora Energy Research since November 2022, Victor leads research efforts in the U.S. Previous roles include Visiting Assistant Professor at TOBB ETÜ and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Bureau of Economic Geology, where Victor contributed as a Quantitative Economic Modeler. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Rice University, where Victor also held positions as a Research Assistant and Tax Policy Intern at Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy. Earlier professional experience includes roles as a Project Assistant and Junior Consultant at ProInversión Perú. Victor holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
