Elena Prenner is the Global Head of Sales and Customer Experience at Aurora Expeditions, with extensive experience in managing sales, customer service, and operations in the cruise industry across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Elena held management positions at Viking Cruises, PONANT, and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Elena also has a background in education, having lectured in Business English and French at Tallinn University of Technology. Elena holds a Bachelor's degree in Education, a Master's degree in Education, and a Diploma of Business.
