Mike Massey

Mike Massey has a diverse work experience history. Mike started their career as a Territory Manager at Mohawk Industries from May 2005 to May 2007. Following that, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at Rapid Advance from June 2007 to May 2009. Mike then joined Imagine One Technology & Management as a Systems Engineer from May 2009 to December 2010. From December 2010 to December 2015, they provided support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Air Traffic Organization's Surveillance and Broadcast Services Program Office as an Implementation Lead Support Systems Engineer, specifically assisting with the deployment of Automatic Dependent Services Broadcast (ADS-B) across the United States. Starting in September 2015, they worked as the Navigation and Communications Lead Systems Engineer, supporting the FAA Technical Operations at the FAA headquarters as part of the NAS Integration & Support Group (AJW-13). In October 2015, they became a Supervisor, leading a group of Systems Engineers. From April 2018 to October 2021, they served as an Implementation Lead Systems Engineer, participating in Systems Engineering activities for the Tower Simulation System (TSS) Tech Refresh. Lastly, in July 2018, they also took on the role of Executive Vice President at Aurora-Innovations, LLC in Washington, DC. Currently, they hold the position of RIO Manager (Systems Engineer) at the same company.

Mike Massey attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering.
