Mariya Lavysh

Mariya Lavysh is currently the HR Admin Lead at Aurora Labs, a company behind the EVM blockchain Aurora that runs on the NEAR Protocol. Mariya assists in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures, keeps internal knowledge updated, handles onboarding/offboarding, creates job postings, and assists in recruitment analytics. Additionally, Mariya provides support to the Head of HR and Legal department in KYC/KYB processes, performs routine HR tasks, and arranges travel for team members, including the CEO. Prior to their current role, Mariya was a Sales Manager at Oceanxbags and Dofamine. Mariya attended Belarusian State Economic University from September 2016 to June 2020.
