Stojan Gancev

Stojan Gancev is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, particularly within the fields of encryption, artificial intelligence, and software engineering. Currently serving as General Manager for R&D at Aurora Labs’ Macedonia site since March 2018, Stojan also founded ITQuarks in November 2016. Previous roles include Technology Expert at FTS and R&D Manager at Seavus, where Stojan led significant research projects and contributed to the development of various software tools. Stojan's early career included managerial and technical positions at Matrix Global and Seavus, focusing on process improvement, team leadership, and innovative technology solutions. Stojan holds a Master's degree in Distributed Computer Systems and an Engineer Diploma in Computer Technique, Informatics, and Automation from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
