Scott Hornsby

Scott Hornsby serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Aurora Material Solutions since January 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for a private equity portfolio company specializing in specialty polymer compounds. Previously, Scott held various leadership roles at Avery Dennison, including Vice President of Human Resources, where a global five-year HR strategy was developed for the Materials Business. Additional experience includes directing change management for large-scale projects across multiple countries and sites, as well as essential HR positions at United Energy Services Corporation and American Technical Services Group. Scott earned an MBA from Vlerick Business School and a BS in Human Resources Development from Georgia State University.
