Kathie Snell

Kathie Snell is the Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Aurora Mental Health Center. Kathie has over 25 years of experience in the mental health field.

Kathie started their career in 1990 as the Clinical Director at Community Reach Center. Kathie was there for 15 years before moving to the State of Colorado Division of Behavioral Health, where they were the Manager of Child and Adolescent Services for just over a year. In October 2006, Kathie took on their current role at Aurora Mental Health Center.

Kathie is a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional. Kathie is passionate about helping others, and their experience has shown their to be an excellent leader in the field.

Kathie Snell has a master's degree in counseling psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor's degree in music therapy from Colorado State University.

They are on a team with Kirsten Anderson - VP of Clinical Operations, Lori Banks - Chief Experience Officer, and Colleen Cullen - VP of Human Resources, EEO Officer. Kathie Snell reports to Kelly Phillips-Henry, CEO.
