Peggy Colfelt's work experience includes roles at three different companies. Peggy started their career at Darigold in 1995 as a Lab Technician and later became a Quality Manager. In 2000, they joined Safeway as a Quality Assurance Manager and worked there until 2004. Since 2004, they have been working at Aurora Organic Dairy, initially as a Quality Manager before being promoted to Plant Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director, Corporate Quality at Aurora Organic Dairy.
Peggy Colfelt obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Microbiology from South Dakota State University, completing their studies between 1986 and 1993.
