Dorina Flesher

Dorina Flesher serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Aurora Parts since May 2023, focusing on enhancing customer engagement. Previously, Dorina held the position of Sr. Director of Commercial Customer Success at Frontier Communications from July 2010 to March 2023, where exceptional leadership was demonstrated in driving national commercial retention and renewals. Early career experience includes a role as Manager of Customer Service at Verizon Business from September 2001 to July 2010, achieving significant call center metrics while supporting mid-market accounts. Prior to that, Dorina worked in various roles at GTE from January 1993 to February 2000, gaining comprehensive insights into the commercial experience. Dorina continues to advance professional education with a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management at IWU National & Global, expected to complete in December 2023, alongside a Bachelor's in Business Management and an Associate's degree in Small Business Administration/Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
