Glenn Metz

Glenn Metz is an accomplished product executive with extensive experience in leading product development and management across diverse industries. Currently serving as VP of Product at Aurora Payments, Glenn previously held significant roles at Tropic, including Director of Product, where leadership of cross-functional teams contributed to an 84% growth in ARR. As Group Product Manager at Tropic, transformation of vendor management tools into an AI-driven insights platform was achieved, and Glenn’s initiatives as Senior Product Manager included launching a vendor intelligence marketplace and enhancing contract management products. As a co-founder of Lava Laundry, Glenn successfully grew the business, raised over $2M in investor capital, and achieved a profitable exit. Prior roles include Product Manager at One Inc, where groundbreaking claims payment solutions were delivered, and Project Manager within the CA-MMIS Project, focusing on Medicaid system enhancements. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
