Josh Cooley

Josh Cooley is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the School Principal at Aurora Public Schools since July 2022. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Principal at Wheat Ridge High School within Jeffco Public Schools from July 2017 to June 2022. Josh's career in education began in Aurora Public Schools, where roles included Assistant Principal at Rangeview High School and various positions as a Social Studies Teacher across multiple schools, along with experience as a Substitute Teacher, from August 2001 to June 2017. Josh Cooley holds a Master’s degree in School Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Teaching Certificate with a Linguistically Diverse Learner Academic Endorsement from Regis University, and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
