Steven Gill

Steven Gill is an experienced educator and debate coach with a strong background in social studies and public speaking. Currently, Steven serves as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Aurora Public Schools, teaching Global Studies to 9th graders. In addition, Steven has been a Debate Coach at Simpson College since July 2019, guiding students in competition preparation and skill development. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Speech and Debate at both Kent Denver School and Sioux City Community School District, where Steven managed teams and implemented effective teaching strategies. Educational credentials include a Master of Education focused on Trauma and Resilience from Spring Arbor University and a Master of Arts in Secondary Education from Simpson College.
