The Aurora Research Institute (ARI) offers a full range of evaluation services. ARI is comprised of a diverse team of program evaluation professionals that have experience not only as practitioners, but also as graduate instructors of evaluation. We believe in the importance of a meaningful and culturally appropriate evaluation that will help programs make informed decisions. Our philosophy includes the belief that meaningful and culturally appropriate evaluations will help programs make informed decisions. We believe in evaluation utilization, systems evaluation, culturally responsive, and empowerment evaluation traditions. We support the use of evaluation data not only to determine the outcome, but also to produce meaningful changes during program implementation, and/or operation. Finally, we believe that the evaluation data should be available as it is being generated, and should be used to help the program stakeholders make decisions that will lead to program improvement. Ultimately, programs with the right information, at the right time, will thrive and provide the best services for the community. ARI serves primarily the city of Aurora, which includes the counties of Adams, Arapahoe and Bennett.
